Who we are
This website is run by Skoura VTT Excursions (also listed as Amrdouz SKOURA VTT excursions), a local activity provider in Skoura Oasis, near Ouarzazate, Drâa-Tafilalet region, Morocco. We decide how and why the personal data described on this page is used.

What data we process and why
- Enquiries and bookings. When you use the booking form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we process what you tell us (for example your name, chosen activity, preferred date and time, group size, accommodation or meeting area, notes, and the phone number or email you contact us from) to reply, confirm availability and organise your experience.
- The booking form does not send data to our website. It prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser, which you can review and choose to send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Limited request details stay in your browser for up to 30 minutes so the confirmation page can open, then they are discarded.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested to deliver and secure the site. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are enabled and work without cookies; they measure page views and loading speed in aggregate.
- Preferences on your device. Your language and your cookie choice are stored in your browser (see the first table below). Campaign tags from the link you arrived through (such as utm_source) are kept for the tab session so that our conversion events can say which campaign led to an enquiry.
- Optional analytics and advertising cookies, only if you consent. See “Cookies and similar technologies”.
Legal bases
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing your experience: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of that contract.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and running: our legitimate interest.
This policy is written to follow the GDPR and ePrivacy rules that apply to visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and Morocco’s Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

Nothing optional is switched on until you choose. On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, refuse all or customise. You can change your mind at any time, as easily as you gave consent:

Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) need your Analytics consent. Google Ads cookies (_gcl_*, and similar Google Ads cookies if present) need your Marketing consent. The exact list can vary with the Google tags configured for this site.
Google Consent Mode. Our Google tags load on every page but start in a “denied” state. Until you consent they do not set analytics or advertising cookies; they may still send limited, cookieless signals to Google (for example that a page was viewed) which Google can use for aggregate measurement. Your choice is passed to the Google tags before they run and is updated as soon as you change it. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google cookies listed above that this site can access.
Third-party content. The booking page can display a Google Maps map and a Tripadvisor reviews widget. These providers may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when that content loads; see their privacy policies.
Who receives data
- Google (analytics and advertising measurement), only with your consent for the optional cookies.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), when you send us a message.
- Vercel (hosting and aggregate site metrics).
- Google Maps and Tripadvisor, for embedded content on the booking page.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
- Your cookie choice: 180 days, then we ask again.
- Google cookies expire after the durations in the table above; the data collected through cookies is kept for at most 6 months.
- Enquiry details: kept while the enquiry is active and for up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Booking and accounting records: kept for 10 years.
International transfers
Google, Meta and Vercel may process data outside your country, including in the United States, relying on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Email skoura.vttexcursionamrdouz@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or, in Morocco, to the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel).
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when something changes. If we add new categories of cookies, we will ask for your choice again.
